Intimacy

You are welcome by the mercies of God.

The design is to bring us into a place of fellowship with our Lover. In this place, we come in the quietness of the heart where if we call Him Father, we are sure that He will show up because there is not only RELATIONSHIP, there is FELLOWSHIP.

One of those evenings, I was standing beside the notice board outside, it was not a service evening, I began to reminisce about my life. I've had seasons where  I felt so overwhelmed and I understand that scripture says that if a man be merry let him sing, if a man be afflicted or if he feels afflicted let him pray.

So I began to speak to the Lord as to the purpose of the mystery that I was going through and instead of responding to me, what He did was that I literally felt a human being embrace me.

So we come In fellowship with you We call you father Master and friend Now we're swimming in your grace We're lost in your embrace This is what we call fellowship with you. 

So I found out that FELLOWSHIP is more than an activity, it's designed to be the experience of the embrace of God.

Fellowship can be defined as the embrace of God that delivers increasing qualities of divine life. It is that greater quality that every time we come, we come like patients logged on to an IV fluid so that glucose flows back into our body. You cannot truly be having fellowship with God without a dose or a stronger dose of the reality of divine presence but there is an end to fellowship.

We don't abort fellowship because of lack of time we abort fellowship because a fresh dose of life has been received.
